LiveForge is an officially verified TikTok agency. This status concerns the agency's relationship with TikTok and does not change the fact that LiveForge controls the data processed on its own website.

2. Information we receive

The information we receive depends on how the website is used. We do not require users to create an account on this website.

• Brief form data: name or creator name, email address, channel or website link and message content.
• Technical data and server logs, such as IP address, request date and time, requested page, device type, browser and error information.
• Visit analytics, only to the extent that analytics tools are actually active and in line with consent settings required by law.
• Information voluntarily shared in direct contact with the LiveForge team through the panel or email.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare briefs, discuss a potential collaboration, operate and secure the website, detect misuse and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the purpose and data category, the legal basis may be taking steps at the person's request before a contract, performing a contract, LiveForge's legitimate interests, a legal obligation or consent.

We may update this policy when the website, processing activities or law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. We will communicate material changes in a way appropriate to their significance.
