Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms concern LiveForge, KVK 68578458, Kasteelhoekstraat 17, 4433AJ Hoedekenskerke. Contact: info@liveforge.eu.

These terms apply to the LiveForge website, website content, brief form and contact with the LiveForge team. By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Submitting a form does not itself create a services agreement. A specific collaboration, scope, fee and timeline require separate agreement.

2. Adults and agency contact

The services and form are intended only for adults. Information provided should be accurate and current.

Creators communicate directly with people at LiveForge through the panel or email. The contact is handled by the agency team and is not presented as a conversation with an automated bot. LiveForge may request additional information needed to handle an enquiry.

3. LiveForge's TikTok status

LiveForge is an officially verified TikTok agency and maintains direct contact with the TikTok team regarding supported creators.

If an account is blocked or another account issue occurs, the agency may use a faster, direct contact channel with the TikTok team instead of standard automated support. TikTok independently decides whether an account is restricted, restored or otherwise handled. Agency contact does not mean an automatic unban or a particular outcome.

TikTok use is governed by TikTok's own terms, Privacy Policy and guidelines. LiveForge does not replace TikTok and does not control its decisions about accounts, content or platform features.

4. Forge Your Live

Forge Your Live is a LiveForge programme and set of LiveForge rules. Requirements for LIVE days, hours, diamonds, levels and ownership periods are programme terms and are not general TikTok requirements or rules.

The level, reward, equipment, ownership period, return or possible purchase of equipment are handled under the terms of the specific collaboration. Participation does not guarantee results, reach or any TikTok decision.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the website for unlawful, misleading or rights-infringing activity.

• impersonating LiveForge, TikTok or another person;
• submitting content that violates law, copyright, privacy or personality rights;
• attempting to bypass security, disrupt the website, perform abusive scanning or obtain another person's data;
• sending spam, malware or data that you do not have the right to share.

6. Content and intellectual property

The LiveForge name, logo, layout, text, graphics, audiovisual materials and website code belong to LiveForge or are used under an appropriate licence. You may not copy, modify or commercially use them without permission except as allowed by law.

You retain rights in materials submitted through the brief. You give LiveForge limited permission to read, store and use them only to respond to the enquiry and discuss a collaboration.

7. Availability and liability

We take reasonable steps to keep the website working, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors or unchanged content. We may change, suspend or withdraw part of the website where needed for security, maintenance or development.

Website information is general and is not legal, tax or financial advice or a guarantee of results. LiveForge's liability is subject to mandatory Dutch law.

8. Suspension and changes

We may restrict access to the website or contact channels if use violates law, these terms, website security or another person's rights. You may stop using the website at any time.

We may update these terms. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in a way appropriate to their significance.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Disputes will be handled by the competent court under applicable law.
